On April 7, the rankings for the top 100 most popular museums in the first quarter of 2024 were unveiled on Museum Trending Searches by Museum Headlines, with guidance from Art Exhibitions China.

Among them, eight museums in Jiangsu province stood out, including the China Grand Canal Museum in Yangzhou (7th place), Nanjing Museum (9th place), Suzhou Museum (11th place), Nanjing Museum Administration (26th place), Nantong Museum, and the Museum of Wu in Suzhou (both tied for 57th place), Changzhou Museum (64th place), and Deji Art Museum (97th place).

In the category of the top 30 popular museums in prefecture-level cities, five are located in Jiangsu, namely Suzhou Museum (1st place), Nanjing Museum Administration (3rd place), Nantong Museum (8th place), Changzhou Museum (10th place), and Wuxi Museum (25th place).

Furthermore, among the top 30 popular county-level museums, Jiangsu boasts eight entries, including the Museum of Wu (1st place), Jiangyin Museum (7th place), Yixing Museum (8th place), Changshu Museum (13th place), Hai'an Museum (18th place), Dongtai Museum (26th place), Taicang Museum (27th place), and Zhangjiagang Museum (28th place).
