It is learned from the Second Session of Fifth Female Workers Committee in Changzhou, the committee will carry out the program to improve female workers’ quality and capability, and play the "school" role of the union to train a knowledge-based, skills-based and innovative female workforce.
　　Besides, the union will focus on creating "Pioneer Workers" and "Women Pacesetters", and integrate the female workers'characteristics to carry out a series of economic and technological innovation activities, including job training, technical competition, inventions, and energy saving.
