On the afternoon of February 20th, Mr. Zou Hongguo, Deputy Secretary of Changzhou Municipal Committee of the CPC, met with the consuls general of the consulates of 19 countries, including Israel, Sweden, India, Germany, Canada, South Africa, etc., in Shanghai.
　　Zou extended best wishes of the Chinese Lunar Year of the Dragon to the participating consuls general and briefly introduced Changzhou's economic and social development.
