The list of National Top 200 Companies of Property Management Industry has been released in Beijing. Changzhou’s three property management companies, namely Xincheng, Zhongfang, and Jiangnan Zhongxin, are ranked No. 107, No. 147 and No. 192 respectively.

The recently released Report on Property Management Industry Development shows that as of the end of 2012, there were more than 71,000 property management companies in China, involving 6.123 million employees, with an overall management housing area of 14.53 billion square meters and total annual revenues of more than 300 billion yuan.

This year’s ranking comes after an evaluation on indicators such as the management area, the number of national or provincial priority projects, the total amount of assets, the total operating income, the net profit, the gross annual tax, etc.
