From February 23 to 27, Changzhou economic and trade delegation visited Munich, Germany and Lisbon, Portugal, and held economic and trade fairs there for investment promotion and program cooperation.

At the investment and trade fair in Munich, Vice Mayor Fang Guoqiang introduced the economic and social development of Changzhou and the concrete measures to further optimize the investment environment at all levels in Changzhou. Pei Yonggui, Counselor of the Chinese Embassy in Munich, and representatives of the Sino-German Economic and Cultural Association of Bavaria and the German Association for Small and Medium-sized Businesses attended the event. Hoerbiger and other companies introduced their investment and development in Changzhou. The delegation also visited EOS, ALBA, EUREF, etc.

In Lisbon, the delegation held the Changzhou - Lisbon Forum on Economic, Trade and Cultural Cooperation. Fang Guoqiang specially introduced the construction of the Jiangsu-Macao Cooperation Park in Changzhou, and represented some specific projects for cooperation. Vidor Ramallo, Secretary General of UCCLA, Ke Tianlian, director of Macao Economic and Trade Office in Lisbon, Xu Weili, Economic and Commercial Counselor of Chinese Embassy in Portugal, and the representatives of over 50 institutions in the areas of finance, economy, trade, culture and tourism in Portugal attended the event.
