Five local companies, namely Jiangsu Changbao Pulaisen Steel Tube, Changzhou Xin'ao Gas Development, Jiangsu Wanbang Dehe New Energy Technology, Jiangsu Guomao Reducer, and CRRC Qishuyan Institute, won the top prizes at the Changzhou Mayor’s Quality Award, according to the information released by the Municipal Administration for Market Regulation on January 19.

Eight companies, namely Jiangsu Huapeng Smart Instruments Technology, Znshine PV Technology, Jiangsu Jinwang Intelligent Sci-Tech, Nuctech Jiangsu, Changzhou Huali Hydraulic Lubrication Equipment, Jiangsu Zilong Pharmaceutical, Changzhou Shenli Electrical Machine, and Jiangsu Riying Electronics won nomination prizes.

The Changzhou Mayor’s Quality Award is an annual awards program established by the Municipal People’s Government in 2013 to recognize the achievements of innovation-driven enterprises in pursuit of excellence. 

Prizes for exemplary individuals were newly set up last year. The top prize of the year 2021 went to Zhou Xiaoping, president of Xingyu Automotive Lighting Systems, while the nomination prize went to Xuan Weidong, executive deputy general manager of Changzhou Tianma Group.
