The Victor China Open 2023 badminton tournament commenced on September 5, 2023, at the Changzhou Olympic Sports Centre Xincheng Gymnasium. The tournament features five events: men's singles, women's singles, men's doubles, women's doubles, and mixed doubles. A total of 37 members of the Chinese badminton team have gathered in Changzhou to participate.

The tournament will see the top 15 singles players and the top 10 elite doubles teams, determined by their global rankings, showcasing their skills, finesse, and exceptional athleticism on the courts. In total, 244 athletes representing 30 different countries and regions will be part of this grand sporting spectacle.
