On November 30^th, 2015, The 2015 Changzhou Intelligent Equipment Manufacturing Fair for Overseas Intelligence was held by Changzhou Association for Science and Technology, which attracted 12 foreign experts and professors to conduct technological exchanges and matchmaking in Changzhou. Mr. Xu Guanghui, member of the Standing Committee of Changzhou Municipal Committee of CPC and secretary of the Party Committee of Changzhou Science and Education Town, attended the fair and delivered a speech.

In recent years, Changzhou continued to implement overseas intelligence service plan to support the city's economic transformation and upgrading, as well as promoting mass entrepreneurship and innovation. Since September 2006, Changzhou has organized and carried out two rounds of the project of gathering 1000 overseas talents. By the end of 2014, more than 1,300 leading talents of innovation and entrepreneurship have settled in Changzhou. In 2014, the city's leading talent start-ups achieved annual sales income of more than 5.148 billion yuan, of which, the number of enterprises exceeding one million turnover reached 12.
