On the morning of the June 30^th, the signing ceremony & achievements exhibition of the Creative & Entrepreneurial Talent Projects of Wujin National Hi-tech Industrial Zone (WIZ) 2014 was held in Wujin Technology and Innovation Center. At the ceremony, 10 companies signed the contracts to settle in the Technology and Innovation Center. Meanwhile, nearly 40 achievements of the Creative & Entrepreneurial Talent Projects were displayed.

Since Changzhou initiated the “Project of Gathering 1,000 Overseas Talents”, the WIZ has introduced 479 creative and entrepreneurial talent projects, of which 327 programs have officially settled in the zone. These projects are involved in three major industries, namely, intelligent equipment, electronic information, and energy saving and environmental protection. A number of science and technology enterprises incubated here are in rapid progress, such as Jiangsu Sino Krystal Optroincs Co. LTD (SKO), the STON Group, etc.; while a group of creative and entrepreneurial talents like Shen Xiang, Xia Yuejin and Shangguan Quanyuan have emerged. According to statistics, such projects achieved 442 million yuan in sales revenue and contributed 34.44 million yuan to tax revenue in 2013.
