On April 11, Yosida Takeo, a Japanese friend and Jiangsu People’s Friendship Envoy, visited Changzhou. 

    Yosida is an old friend of Changzhou, who has visited the city many times. In 2011, recommended by Changzhou Municipal People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, Yosida was awarded as Jiangsu People’s Friendship Envoy by Jiangsu Provincial People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries. Last year he donated cherry trees worth one million Japanese yen to Changzhou Art Vocational College of Jiangsu Province. 

    During his stay in Changzhou, Yosida specially visited Changzhou Art Vocational College of Jiangsu Province and took pictures under the trees he donated.

    Du Jibin, director of Changzhou Municipal Foreign Affairs Office and vice president of Changzhou Municipal People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, met with Yosida at the Administration Center.
