On October 21st, the “Jiangsu Week” held by Jiangsu Province was launched in Macao. Taking this opportunity, a delegation of Changzhou headed by Acting Mayor Yao Xiaodong arrived in Hong Kong between October 17th and 20th in advance and had exchange with a number of famous companies there.
　　Changzhou delegation received warm welcome from the Hong Kong business sector. At the welcoming ceremony hosted by Changzhou Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong, Mayor Yao delivered a speech. He said: “Changzhou and Hong Kong has deep ties between each other, especially in recent years, Changzhou and Hong Kong has carried out frequent exchange and developed cooperation in different sectors, and a large number of well-known companies and celebrities have chosen Changzhou to make investment or establish partnership. At the same time, Hoing Kong has already become one of Changzhou’s major sources of overseas investment and most important trading partners.”
