The 2016 Top 10 Service Industries and Public Satisfaction Index of Jiangsu Province was announced a few days ago. Changzhou ranked second in the list.

Among the 13 cities examined by Jiangsu Provincial Quality Supervision Bureau in accordance with the comprehensive index of public satisfaction, Changzhou ranked second with a rating of 73.95, higher than the average public satisfaction rating in Jiangsu.

The survey involves the top 10 service industries, including home improvement, real estate intermediary service, health care, automobile 4S shop, travel agency service, communication and network, property management, community service, elderly care and kindergarten education. Among them, Changzhou’s kindergarten education satisfaction rating ranked first in Jiangsu, while the city’s property management, community service and elderly care satisfaction ratings ranked second in the province.
