Recently, Tianning Economic Development Zone has commenced the first-phase construction of the Logistics Park.

The Logistics Park, covering approximately 700 mu (about 46.67 hectares), is located on the west side of North Qingyang Road and to the north of Shanghai-Nanjing Expressway.

Programs ready to be settled in the park include: the Pharmaceutical Logistics Project of Changzhou Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (to be completed in 2016), which is a complex of warehouse, valet processing plant of traditional Chinese medicine, offices, and so on; the Cold Chain Logistics Project of Da Niang Dumpling Co., Ltd., covering an area of 62 mu (about 4.13 hectares), which is scheduled to start construction in November; and the Changzhou Transit Center of ZTO Express with an area of 45 mu (about 3 hectares), which will commence construction in August.
