On the afternoon of December 2, Mayor Chen Jinhu met with the delegation of Jiangsu Rural Commercial Bank, also known as Jiangsu Rural Credit Cooperatives Union, headed by its Party Secretary Wu Wanshan.

Chen Jinhu expressed gratitude to the union for its long-term support to Changzhou’s economic and social development. He said that to promote the city’s high-quality development, especially in the course of industrial restructuring, Changzhou is in need of strong support from a large number of financial institutions.  It is also hoped that the Changzhou-based Jiangnan Rural Commercial Bank will be able to receive more guidance from the union in terms of risk control, internal management and business expansion, said Chen.

Wu Wanshan commented that Jiangnan Rural Commercial Bank has been dedicated to promoting Changzhou’s economic and social development over the years. He believed that under the support of CPC Changzhou Municipal Committee and the Municipal People’s Government, the bank will adhere to the path of inclusive financial development and plan effectively to go public, in order to provide more financial support for the city’s high-quality development.
