The 14th "Huabiao Awards" ceremony was held on the evening of August 31 in Beijing. As Jiangsu’s only competition film, it stood out above the rest thousands of competition films, such as The Founding of A Republic, After Shock, Orphan of Zhao an so on. It not only received two nominations of “Best Film” and “Best Director”, but also finally won the award of “Outstanding Feature Film”.

The film was produce by Jiangsu Provincial Publicity Department, Changzhou Municipal Publicity Department, Changzhou Radio and TV Broadcasting Station, Huaxia Film Distribution Co., Ltd., and Jiangsu Asia Film Production Co., Ltd.

In the 18th Beijing University Student Film Festival, Qu Qiubai and Yang Zhihua became the opening film and won the award of “Best Director”. In the Shanghai Film Festival, it received the honor of "Best Photography" and "Special Jury Award".
