With an investment of 2 million yuan, the center, adopting a day-care model, provides free childcare services for the children of 3,000 employees, which has created a positive and nurturing environment for their growth. The institute is staffed with four early childhood teachers, two nursery teachers, one health care provider, and one logistics personnel, ensuring standardized management and delivering professional care for the children.

As of writing, two companies from Changzhou have received provincial or higher-level honors in the field of childcare. In 2022, Hengli Hydraulic Co., Ltd. was selected as a national employer for supportive childcare service, the first company from Changzhou to win such honor.
