On the morning of August 2, vice mayor Zhu Rui met with the managing director of Japan 4^th Bank in the administrative center and made exchange on future cooperation.

Zhu Rui said, Changzhou was to develop efficient facilities agriculture, foster and integrate agricultural characteristic industrial clusters, and promote construction of agricultural demonstration parks. He hoped that Japan 4^th bank could introduce more Japanese enterprises into Changzhou, promote the exchange of agricultural and food industries, and enhance the bilateral cooperation in various fields.

The managing director of Japan 4^th Bank said, last year Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs set up the Consulate General in Niigata, the headquarter of their bank. In this March, Japan 4^th Bank established a representative office in Shanghai, which was committed to contribute to the economic development of the two countries. He would introduce Changzhou to more Japanese enterprises for promoting exchange and cooperation between two cities.
