2011 China (Changzhou) Forum on the Development of Wind Power Industry was held on May 17.

This forum is co-sponsored by Department of International Cooperation of the Ministry of Science and Technology of the People’s Republic of China, The European Union Chamber of Commerce in China, Jiangsu Innovation Alliance of the Wind Power Industry, and undertaken by Jiangsu Provincial Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries and Changzhou Bureau of Science and Technology.

Mr. Shi Dinghuan, Counselor of the State Department and Chairman of China Renewable Energy Society , Mr. Chen Linhao, Vice Director of the Department of International Cooperation, The Ministry of Science and Technology of the People’s Republic of China and Mr. Zhu Rui, vice mayor of Changzhou were present at the forum. Besides, 25 foreign enterprises and institutions from 14 countries, such as European Union Chamber of Commerce in China, Amcham Shanghai, German Industry & Commerce Shanghai, US-China Green Energy Council, FECC, Innovation Center Denmark Shanghai, SIEMENS of Germany, Converteam Power Conversion (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. of France, DSM of Holland, Romax Technology Limited of UK, Infinity Equity of Israel and New Horizon attended the forum.
