The Italian Democratic Youth Leaders delegation visited Changzhou on October 17, and was received by Mr. Xu Guanghui, member of the Standing Committee of Changzhou Municipal Committee of CPC and secretary of Party Committee of Science & Education Town.

Italian Democratic Party was founded in 2007, which is the largest party in the Italian Parliament, while the "Young Democrats" is the party's youth organization. The purpose of this visit is to learn about Changzhou's economic and social development since the reform & opening up of China, especially the current situation of vocational education, youth employment and new countryside construction.

The delegation visited the Changzhou National Hi-tech Development Zone, the Science and Education Town, the Qu Qiubai Memorial Museum, the Urban Planning Exhibition Hall, etc.
