On the afternoon of September 20th, 2012 China Changzhou Int'l Forum on Science and Technology & Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation was grandly opened in Changzhou Olympic Sports Center Xincheng Stadium.
　　The former secretary general of the National People’s Congress, He Chunlin, Vice Governor of Jiangsu Province, Shi Heping, and Party Secretary of Changzhou, Yan Li, and Changzhou Mayor, Yao Xiaodong attended the opening ceremony.
