In the first half of the year, Changzhou’s industrial value-added output of enterprises above designated size reached 128.11 billion yuan, up 8.5%, ranking the fifth in Jiangsu province. The increase is higher than the average of Jiangsu.

The industrial output value of enterprises above designated size reached 563.54 billion yuan, an increase of 6.2%. Seven companies, including KTK, Xinyu, Trina Solar, Guomao, and so on, each achieved output growth of more than 3 billion yuan. Compared with the previous year, four more enterprises each realized output value of over 2 billion yuan, and nine more corporations each achieved output value of over 1 billion yuan. These are the positive factors boosting the city's industrial growth.
