On the morning of October 27, the headquarters of WELLE Environmental Group Co., Ltd. commenced construction in Changzhou National High-Tech District (CND). This project will inject new impetus into Xinbei’s high-quality development towards a beautiful district.
Founded in 2003, WELLE started its business in leachate treatment, and has been advancing its cause of mastering key technologies of the industry ever since then. Driven by innovation and investment, WELLE has extended its services to environmental protection projects for urban landscapes, rural areas and industrial companies. Currently, the group has launched over 500 projects at home and abroad, including the largest waste leachate treatment project in Asia and one of the first nationally approved food and kitchen waste treatment projects in China. Having set up a number of benchmark projects in environmental protection, WELLE has indeed practiced the sustainable development philosophy of “lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets.”
The headquarters of WELLE is part of the group’s long-term plan following its “1+1+N” strategy, which is identified as the administration center focusing on the group’s main business activities. The project is a complex containing facilities for office work, R&D, conference, training, dinning and recreation. Designed as a green building with intelligent technology and a people-oriented environment, it aims to provide first-class smart facilities for work and life.
Covering a land area of 8,529 square meters, the project has a construction gross area of 46,636 square meters, including 25,587 square meters of facilities on the ground and 21,049 square meters of underground parking lots. Having a total investment of about 300 million yuan, it is expected to complete construction in October 2022.
