On October 16, Pan Asian Microvent Tech (Jiangsu) Corporation (MicroVENT: 688386) went public on the Sci-Tech Innovation Board at Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE), with an initial public offering of common stock priced at 16.28 yuan per share.
MicroVENT is the second Changzhou-based enterprise listed on Sci-Tech Innovation Board, known as the Star Board, and the city’s 67th company hitting the public market.
Cai Jun, deputy secretary of CPC Changzhou Municipal Committee, and Li Lin, vice mayor of Changzhou Municipal People’s Government, attended the bell-ringing ceremony.
Established in 1995, MicroVENT, being a “hidden champion” of Changzhou in a niche market, is specialized in microporous materials and modified derivatives of expanded polytetrafluoroethylene (e-PTFE) membrane, as well as seals and waterproofing membranes. The e-PTFE membranes are recognized as a new type of polymer materials widely applied in automotive and packaging industries.
