The new operation diagram was implemented in the national railway across the country on July 1st, after which there are a total of 2,447 pairs of passenger trains, including 1,330 pairs of EMU trains which for the first time account for over a half of the country’s railway transportation.
As for Changzhou, EMU trains to Chengdu and Chongqing are now available at the Changzhou Station of Shanghai Railway Bureau. Besides, the Changzhou Station has added another train trip from Changzhou to Shanghai. The former K1470/1469 ‘normal-speed’ trains from Hangzhou to Harbin have been upgraded to express trains, which stop in Changzhou at 17:13 and arrive in Harbin at 13:56 the next day.
