On the afternoon of September 6, Ji Peidong, chief of the Organization Department, led a delegation to visit the talent communities in Xinbei District.

Woda Talent Community, located in Longhutang Sub-District, has six types of apartments. It has complete supporting facilities and offers smart management. Xixing Talent Apartment in Luoxi Town, has a public service area of 1800 ㎡ and 600 ㎡ makerspace, creating a warm and vibrant atmosphere in the public space. The MSW Hotel in Sanjing Sub-District, offers seven days of free accommodation to young talent who come to work in Changzhou. It also provides job-related services.

The Xinbei District plans to build 6000 talent apartments this year, with 1210 already finished. In the next phase, the district government will work to ensure that all the apartments be delivered on time with high quality.

According to Ji Peidong, the talent apartment serves as an important link between the local economy and young people. A youth-friendly apartment not only has a comfortable living environment, quality supporting services, but also a community conducive to entrepreneurship and innovation. Governments at all levels will follow up with supporting policies to address the need of young talent.

Jiang Feng, secretary of the Party Working Committee of the CND Government, also took part in the visit.
