On April 5th, the signing ceremony of Xin-Bo Newell Valley project was held in the Zhonglou District. Xinzha Sub-district will cooperate with Boji Group, a professional O2O park operator service provider in China, to build the project as a national technology incubator and a new space for business start-ups and innovations by the general public, which will introduce 80-100 businesses and create more than 1,000 jobs within two years.

Vice Mayor Li Xiaoping attended the signing ceremony.

The project is located in 198 Yunhe Road, taking an area of about 100 mu, including plant construction area of about 37,000 square meters.

Xin-Bo Newell Valley focuses on the introduction of smart city and creative cultural design projects. It will establish four major platforms of financial service, business counseling, big data, and industrial service. Boji Group will offer a whole set of incubation services for technology start-ups, including planning, consulting, marketing and management, science and technology enterprise incubator development, construction, management, technological innovation, technology transfer, etc.
