On the morning of November 30, vice mayor Chen Zhiliang received the delegation of Nam Kwong (Group) Company Limited headed by the company’s executive director and vice president Song Xiaodong. 

Chen Zhiliang extended a cordial welcome to the delegation and expressed hope that Nam Kwong will launch more projects in Changzhou for extensive cooperation and win-win development. 

Nam Kwong (Group) Company Limited is the only enterprise directly under the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council (SASAC) based in Macao. Founded in August 1949 as Nam Kwong Trading Company, it is the first Chinese-funded institution in Macao. Its core business categories include crude oil & product oil, consumer goods trade, hotels, tourism, real estate management and development, and integrated logistics services.

In recent years, Nam Kwong has launched a growing number of projects in the Yangtze River Delta (YRD) region. Changzhou being part of YRD has also seen a great potential for more cooperation with Nam Kwong. 

During their visit to Changzhou, Song Xiaodong and his delegates visited the Jiangsu-Macao Cooperation Park, the China Flower Expo venue in Changzhou, and other places to discuss cooperation possibilities.
