On May 3, Changzhou City Planning Exhibition Hall was awarded the title of National Youth Civilization 2011-2012 by the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League.

    Changzhou City Planning Exhibition Hall was opened in April 2007, which has received a total of more than 120 million visitors home and abroad, and has become a front window of city outreach.

    The Planning Exhibition Hall was the first to open free of charge, offering free daily lectures  on holidays. At the same time, many convenience initiatives have been launched, such as the Views Collection Boxes, Free-to-Borrow Umbrellas, Free Reading Glasses and Wheelchairs, etc. It was also the first to set an Planning Advisory Desk and open a hotline 9688989, since which the monthly advisory capacity has been maintained at about 180 cases.
