The reporter learned from the statistics department that "Jiangsu’s Social Development Level Evaluation Results in 2011”, jointly issued by the Provincial Development and Reform Commission and the Provincial Bureau of Statistics, shows that the comprehensive evaluation index of Changzhou’s social development level of last year is 84.07, ranking the fourth place among 13 cities of Jiangsu Province.
　　The top three cities are Suzhou (91.86), Wuxi (89.72) and Nanjing (87.66).
