On November 19, the Changzhou Economic and Trade Delegation led by Mayor Ding Chun visited Hong Kong to promote a new round of cooperation between the two places. On the morning of November 19, Kangli International Holdings Co., Ltd., located in the Economic Development Zone of Changzhou, was successfully listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEx).

Mayor Ding Chun and Mei Zefeng, Executive Director of Kangli International Holdings,  jointly rang the opening bell in celebration of the company’s listing on the main board of the HKEx.

Kangli International is the controlling shareholder of Jiangnan Precision Metal Materials Co., Ltd. The company is mainly engaged in the R&D and production of cold-rolled steel products, ranking third in the national market for galvanized steel products in the home appliance sector. It offered 150 million shares to the public this time, raising funds of 153 million Hong Kong dollars, which will be used to expand production capacity and improve production efficiency. After the completion of the project, it is expected to increase the annual production capacity of 320,000 tons of non-color coated galvanized products.

At the listing ceremony, Ding Chun encouraged Kangli International to seize the opportunity and accelerate the pace of development. Up to now, there are 59 domestic and overseas listed companies in Changzhou, and 113 companies listed on the “New Three Board.” Among them, 11 companies have been listed in Hong Kong, raising a total of 8.682 billion Hong Kong dollars.
