Recently, four business incubabors in Changzhou National Hi-tech District (CND) have been recongaized as city-level technology business incubators of Changzhou, namely, Changzhou Advertising Industry Incubator, Zhejiang University Changzhou ITRI Technology Park, Changzhou Hohai Hi-tech Innovation Service Center, and Changzhou Dream Home Smart Technology Park.

As of the end of August 2014, there are 17 technology business incubators at or above city level in CND, including four state-level ones, four province-level ones and nine city-level ones. These incubators will play a key role in the progress of scientific and technological research, innovation and entrepreneurship, etc.
