Recently, it was learned from the Changzhou Federation of Industry and Commerce that there are more than 52 Guangcai Funds in the city at or above the level of 10 million yuan.

It is reported that in the first half of this year, Chanzhou has set up two new Guangcai Funds: the 30 million yuan Zenith Steel Fund and the 10 million yuan Changfa Fund respectively for the construction of Henglin Central Kindergarten and the social and public welfare undertakings of Lijia Town in Wujin District.

Up to now, Changzhou has more than 256 Guangcai Funds at or above the level of one million yuan, amounting to more than 1.2 billion yuan in total.

In the first half of 2015, a total of 33.843 million yuan has been distributed from these Guangcai Funds.
