From November 9 to 10, a 15-member delegation from Takatsuki Chamber of Commerce & Industry headed by Shinji Wtanabe, president of O.M.C. Co., Ltd., visited Changzhou. Du Jibin, director of the Municipal Foreign Affairs Office, welcomed the delegation at the administrative center.

Last year marked the 30th anniversary of the establishment of friendship city relationship between Changzhou and Takatsuki. The mayor of Takatsuki Mr. Hamada Takeshi led a delegation to visit Changzhou, and planted a cherry tree together with Mayor Ding Chun in the International Friendship Forest. This year marks the 40th anniversary of the conclusion of the Treaty of Peace and Friendship between Japan and the People's Republic of China. At the end of October, a delegation of the Council of Takatsuki visited Changzhou, further deepening the friendly relations between the two cities. This time, the entrepreneurs of Takatsuki Chamber of Commerce & Industry mainly investigated the industrial situation and investment promotion policies of Changzhou, hoping to promote exchanges and cooperation between the two sides in the economic and trade field.

During their stay in Changzhou, the delegation visited the Xinbei District Administration Committee and INOC (Changzhou) Stainless Steel Products Co.,Ltd.
