The inauguration ceremony of the Changzhou New Energy City Industry-Science-Education Alliance and the Industry-University-Research Cooperation and Matchmaking Conference recently took place in Changzhou Science and Education Town. This event marked the signing of agreements for 20 platforms and industry-university-research cooperation projects, the introduction of the first batch of 120 high-level professionals in 2023 benefiting from the "mutual employment and double posts" policy, and the unveiling of the Changzhou New Energy Industry-Science-Education Alliance Public Service Platform and Changzhou New Energy Industry IPR Analysis Report.
During the conference, three important alliances were introduced: the Changzhou Universities, Colleges, and Research Institutes Alliance, the Changzhou Chambers of Commerce and Associations Alliance, and the Changzhou Technology Managers Alliance. The former is set to consolidate the resources of universities, colleges, and public R&D institutions to support scientific and technological innovation and talent development in the new energy industry. The latter two alliances will serve as intermediaries, connecting supply and demand and utilizing market-oriented mechanisms to address corporate requirements and facilitate the transfer and commercialization of technological achievements.
Following the launch of the New Energy City Industry-Science-Education Alliance, Changzhou Science and Education Town is committed to furthering the alliance's objectives. This includes establishing an online platform, expanding the scope of industry-university-research collaboration, promoting the "mutual employment and double posts" policy for high-level talent throughout the city, and driving technological innovation and talent development in alignment with the city's competitive industries.
