Tianning District Government Affairs Service Center has opened to the public this month. It takes care of administrative license and public service matters.

The center is located at No. 256, North Zhulin Road. The administrative license and public service matters, which are the responsibility of District Development and Reform Bureau, Civil Affairs Bureau, Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Construction Bureau, Market Administration, Health and Family Planning Bureau, Environmental Protection Bureau and Land and Resources Bureau, shall be handled at the District Government Affairs Service Center. Besides, the First Tax Affairs Sub-bureau of Changzhou’s National Tax Bureau has opened tax service hall at the center to handle tax-related matters.

There are three service halls open to the public. Each department has several windows. At the entrance, there are guide service desk and electronic guide service screen. Electronic queue management system is available. The large screen plays the service directory repeatedly. The center does its best to provide convenience to enterprises and the common people.

Liyang Government Affairs Service Administrative Office (Government Affairs Service Center) has officially started operation from this month. It indicates that the reform of the city’s government affairs service has entered into a new stage.

Liyang Government Affairs Service Administrative Office (Government Affairs Service Center) was set up on the basis of the Administrative Service Center. The new center is located at Yanshan new district, covering a construction area of 9,600 ㎡. Now, the first floor and the second floor have been used as administrative examination and approval service area and public service area with 129 windows of over 30 departments. 103 administrative examination and approval matters and 21 service matters have been handled here.

It is learned that the next step is to establish public resources trading center. The city’s public resources trading items will be included in for unified management and operation. The innovation of management will make the resource allocation more efficient and transparent.
