Recently, Jiangsu-Hong Kong Enterprises Matchmaking Seminar, Jiangsu-Hong Kong Cooperation Forum and the inauguration ceremony of Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) Office in Nanjing were held in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province. Changzhou Foreign Affairs Office organized a 12-member delegation of companies and investment staff to attend the event.

The Jiangsu-HK Cooperation Forum is organized by the HKTDC and the relevant authorities of Jiangsu Province. HKTDC Executive Director Fred Lam headed an economic and trade delegation to Jiangsu. The delegation members are involved in fields of finance, environmental protection, professional services, logistics, infrastructure, science and technology, etc. To catch up with this event, the Hong Kong and Macao Division of Changzhou Foreign Affairs Office started preparation much earlier to contact relevant enterprises and the city’s economic development zones, and thus organized a delegation to Nanjing and had face-to-face meeting with the visiting HK enterprises, playing an active role in matchmaking activities.
