With the integration and development of cities in the Yangtze River Delta (YRD), it has become more and more convenient to travel across the YRD region. At present, Changzhou Metro’s QR code is valid throughout the metro line networks in Shanghai, Suzhou and Wuxi. In the future, Changzhou citizens will have more "metro passes" for other cities in the Yangtze River Delta.

Since last year, under the guidance of the national strategy of Yangtze River Delta Integration Plan, the region has taken the lead in forming an interconnected metro circle, so that residents of the Yangtze River Delta will have access to the most convenient inter-city transportation services.

At present, Changzhou Metro’s QR code is available at the "Metro Daduhui" app of Shanghai, the "Suzhou E-Travel" app of Suzhou and the “Travel via Code” app of Wuxi.

Since its opening in September last year, Changzhou Metro has actively responded to the interconnected metro circle initiative. Starting from January this year, citizens who have download the Changzhou Metro app can travel by metro in Shanghai, Suzhou, Wuxi simply by scanning the QR code at the entrance and exit.
