On the morning of May 17, the Hutang Park of Changzhou Science & Education Town was inaugurated. Xu Guanghui, member of the Standing Committee of Changzhou Municipal Committee of CPC and secretary of the CPC Working Committee of Changzhou S&E Town, attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech.

As the city’s core of innovation, the influence of Changzhou S&E Town has expanded far beyond its 5 km2 space. To realize the spillover effects of various types of high-quality science and innovation resources, the Hutang Park of  Changzhou S&E Town is located in Wujin Hutang Science & Technology Industrial Park, which will further promote the city's technological innovation and industrial restructuring as well as fostering new economic growth point.

It is learned that Changzhou S&E Town and its Hutang Park will abide by the concept of innovative, coordinated, green, open and shared development to make an overall development plan for the Hutang Park. In addition, Changzhou S&E Town will give priority to the Hutang Park in recommendation of the projects of new materials, intelligent equipment, etc. which have special requirement on space and condition. The two sides will work together to provide services for high-tech enterprises, in order to enhance the Park’s competitiveness and develop an ecological service system for innovation and entrepreneurship.
