The Presidium of the Second Session of the 15th Changzhou Municipal People’s Congress held its first meeting on the afternoon of January 7. Mr. Yan Li, Chairman of the Standing Committee of Changzhou Municipal People’s Congress, hosted the meeting. The meeting approved the agenda and the grouping list of this session, and decided to propose the cut-off time of the motion at 12:00 on January 9, 2013.

    The meeting discussed the Election Procedure (Draft) and decided to draw the second plenary session to vote on the draft after a thorough discussion by all the representatives.
