On November 4th, it was learned from the Wujin Demonstration Zone of Green Building Industrial Cluster that a number of projects on green building materials and green building construction have been initiated in the Zone, with a total investment of over 18 billion yuan, accelerating the growth of green building industry.

These projects include: Merchants Garden Town, with a gross flooring area of 700,000 square meters and a total investment of 8 billion yuan; the Low-carbon Energy-saving Equipment & System Engineering Research Center of the Ministry of Education established by Southeast University; the first-phase project of Zhongnan Construction (Changzhou) Industrial Park, with an investment of 500 million yuan; and the Construction Waste Resource Recovery project which is ready for operation.
