From April 15 to April 18, 15th Anniversary Celebration Activity of Sister-city Conclusion between Changzhou and Tilburg, Netherlands was held in Changzhou. On the afternoon of April 18, the governor of Noord-Braban and the mayor of Tilburg, accompanied by Changzhou mayor Yao Xiaodong, attended the celebration ceremony.
　　As the sixth largest city in Netherlands, Tilburg is one of the most important transport hubs and the third largest transport center in Netherlands. In 1997, Changzhou established sister-city relationship with Tilburg. In March 2010, Tilburg Innovation Centre set up a representative office in Changzhou Science and Education Town.
　　During the event, Changzhou and Tilburg signed several cooperation agreements in the field of government, trade, education and so on. Besides, Tilburg will organize the delegation to participate in 8th Flower Expo held in Changzhou in 2013.
