Up to now, all the cities, counties and districts in Jiangsu have been identified as low-risk areas. Experts urge the public to take necessary health precautions no matter which level of exposure risk to COVID-19 is measured in your city. Maintain healthy hygiene habits such as wearing a mask when going out, washing your hands frequently, covering your mouth and nose when you cough or sneeze, and keeping your room well-ventilated. As companies have started resuming operation, employees are recommended to keep ample space when communicating with coworkers and dine at staggered hours, in order to reduce the risk of exposure to someone who may be infected.

Guidelines for using a “health code” have been implemented across the province as a preventive anti-epidemic measure. If you want to be able to participate in many of the newly reopened public spaces within the city, you will need to register for a Changzhou Health Code via the My Changzhou app. You may also sign up for a Jiangsu Health Code via your Alipay account to enter public places in other cities in the Yangtze River Delta.
