On the morning of December 22, the unveiling ceremony for the 10th Qiubai Reading Yard in Changzhou was held at the Wuxing Intelligent Manufacturing Park in Zhonglou district. Chen Tao, director of the Publicity Department of CPC Changzhou Municipal Committee, and Chen Zhengchun, vice mayor of the Municipal People’s Government, attended the event.

Qiubai Reading Yard -- designed as a standard cultural facility serving the public -- is part of a branding strategy initiated by the CPC Changzhou Municipal Committee and the Municipal Government. Within two years, a total of 10 Qiubai Reading Yards have been established across the city, featuring intelligent, high-quality public cultural spaces based on the role of community libraries.

Wuxing Intelligent Manufacturing Park is rated as a national demonstration base for micro and small-sized businesses to promote innovation in the business sector. The newly opened Qiubai Reading Yard in the park will bring new impetus into its  “culture + technology + tourism” development, as well as enriching the cultural offerings of Changzhou as a star city of intelligent manufacturing.
