On December 13th, the Jiangsu Rujia Biotech Health Industrial Park, with a total investment of 20 billion yuan, started construction in Rulin, Jintan.

This project, covering a construction area of 300,000 square meters, will specialize in R & D, production and sales of health care and intelligent products. The first-phase project has an investment of 900 million yuan, which is expected to be completed in June next year; the second-phase project will be commenced in early May next year. The entire project will be put into production in 2018, expecting annual sales of over 10 billion yuan.

In addition to production, the industrial park will actively explore the mode of industry-finance integration, in order to integrate the resources of capital, talent, public R & D platform, sales management, etc. At the same time, following the concept of "garden in factory and factory in garden", it will adopt the Huizhou-style architecture to promote the local health and leisure tourism market.

The investor of this project is Jiangsu Jiatou Industrial Co., Ltd., which was  listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange last year. Currently the company has more than 30 branches across China, enjoying rich experience in chain hotel management, health technology and other areas.
