According to the officially released information from the Jiangsu Provincial Health Commission, on February 14, Jiangsu had 11 newly confirmed cases of the Corona Virus Disease (COVID19), of which one was in Wuxi, one was in Xuzhou, one was in Suzhou, one was in Nantong, one was in Lianyungang, four were in Huaian, one was in Yancheng and one was in Yangzhou. 23 additional patients have been cured and were discharged from the hospital.

Among the newly confirmed cases, the oldest patient was 77, and the youngest was 19. All of them are currently receiving treatment in designated hospitals and are in stable physical condition.

As of the 14th of February, a total of 604 confirmed cases have been reported in Jiangsu, of which 43 cases were confirmed in Changzhou. To date, a total of 12 patients in Changzhou diagnosed with the COVID19 have been cured and have been subsequently discharged from the hospital.

Experts urge people who have traveled to Changzhou from Hubei province or another outbreak area to register at the local community or village committees. You will need to complete a temperature check and report the relevant information. Stay at home for a 14-day medical observation period and pay attention to your physical condition. If symptoms such as fever, cough, chest distress, shortness of breath, fatigue or diarrhea have occurred or occur during the isolation period, call 120 (hotline for emergency care and first aid) or contact your community officers to receive treatment at one of the designated fever clinics.
