On the morning of May 17, Wujin Green Building Zone signed cooperation agreements with five companies, including Cloud World Development Co., Ltd., Changzhou Institute of Building Materials Co., Ltd. Changzhou Tianjing New Building Materials Co., Ltd., Gaoyi Cold Chain System (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. and Guolian Securities Co., Ltd.

Ju Liqin, vice president of Changzhou Municipal Committee of CPPCC, attended the signing ceremony and delivered a speech.

The five projects signed in the ceremony will greatly enhance the overall development of Wujin Green Building Zone. Among them, Cloud World Development Co., Ltd. is officially settled in the Zone and will set up two subsidiaries of Cloud Factory and Cloud Store, in order to form the industrial chains of park, farm and camp, and B & B (Bed and Breakfast), hotel and resort. Changzhou Institute of Building Materials Co., Ltd. and Changzhou Tianjing New Building Materials Co., Ltd. will build their new plants in the Zone, after the completion of which the annual outputs will reach about 50 million - 80 million yuan and 40 million - 60 million yuan respectively. Gaoyi Cold Chain System (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. will be officially settled in the Zone to establish a cold chain engineering company providing better service for customers. Guolian Securities Co., Ltd. will set up its securities business department here to provide better financial services for the Zone and surrounding areas.
