As Changzhou’s first company achieving revenue of over 100 billion, Zenith Steel Group Corporation is planning the implementation of optimizing projects based on the country’s preferential policy on high-quality special steel. The heavily invested China Steel Information System introduced from Taiwan will also be fully launched in March.

On January 1, party secretary Mr. Yan Li and vice mayor Mr. Wang Chengbin headed the officials of Changzhou Bureau of Commerce, Bureau of Science & Technology, etc. to visit Zenith Steel Group, and expressed congratulations for the Group’s achievement, as well as expectations on their further progress in 2014.

In 2013, Zenith Steel further promoted smart management, accelerated structural adjustment, and became one of the first 45 companies meeting the requirements of the Rules and Qualifications for Production and Operation of Steel Industry issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. The Group is classified among the national top 20 steel companies, and the global top 40 crude steel suppliers. Its annual revenue is expected to reach 105 billion yuan .

In 2014, Zenith Steel will keep following the developing route of internationalization, capitalization, industrialization, information technology and modernization, expecting to achieve income of 120 billion yuan. Meanwhile, the Group will enhance the production of high-quality special steel, speed up the transformation and upgrading, improve the superior products of bearing steel, steel wire, steel wire, tool steel, special steel, etc., and promote the development of automotive steel and H-beam. Environmental protection and energy saving is also of very high concern as always.
