On April 8th, it was learned from the financial affairs office of Zhonglou District that another company in the District - Sinolinks Medical Innovation, INC. will soon be listed on the new third board. Thus, Zhonglou will have 17 enterprises listed on the new third board. There are other three companies in the stage of share transfer system audit.

Sinolinks Medical Innovation was settled in Zhonglou Economic Development Zone in 2008. It is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the development, production and sale of surgical instruments and tissue repair biomaterials. After the enterprise enters the capital market, it will vigorously develop new markets and new products, and achieve better and faster growth through mergers and acquisitions.

The New Third Board was initiated in 2006 as an experimental platform that was intended to facilitate financing for China's non-listed small, promising high-tech enterprises, allowing them to transfer shares and raise funds for specified purposes. Right above the New Third Board in the China capital market are the ChiNext in Shenzhen (for enterprises engaged in independent innovation and other growing venture enterprises) and the Main Board (for large-scale SOEs and other big companies, esp. in traditional industrial sectors) in Shanghai.
