On the morning of December 10, the ALBA Group, a world famous recycling company in Germany, signed an agreement with Changzhou National Hi-tech District (CND), planning to invest in cooperative projects of environmental protection and recycling economy. Party secretary Mr. Yan Li met with the ALBA delegation headed by Dr. Axel Schweitzer at the Administration Center.
